On Saturday, March 29th, 2008, the focus was on opening the heart centre through deep backbending, partnerwork, chanting and prayer. Approximately 25 people joined Durga on a journey moving from "me" into the more universal realm of "we" through singing without inhibitions and engaging in an invigorating asana practice.
